Ester Evo Horton Donovan, 69, of Jonesboro died Sunday September 3, at her home.
She was born Aug 29, 1937 in Lepanto, Arkansas, and lived in Jonesboro for 18 years moving here form Benton Harbor, Michigan. She was a retired punch press operator for 16 years for the Whirlpool Company, and was of the Baptist belief.
She was preceded in death by her parents Earnest and Irene Spencer Horton and her grandparents and two sons.
Survivors include four daughters, Sheila Hooper, Sherry King, Yvette “Spooky” Sanson, and Michelle “Sissy" Raymond all of Jonesboro.
Two brothers, Donnie Horton and Ray Horton, both of Jonesboro.
One sister Tina Sirk, of Benton Harbor, Michigan.
Nine Grandchildren, and six Great-Grandchildren.
Also several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday September 6, at the Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with Bro. Don Vuncannon officiating. Burial will follow in the Strawfloor Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 5-7 Tuesday September 5, at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Active pallbearers will be Nephews and Cousins.
