Erma Joan Magness

Erma Joan Magness (Davis), 58, of Peach Orchard passed from this life on Tuesday, January, 15, 2019 at AMMC in Paragould. She was born to Wilma Ramsey on January 18, 1960 in Bono. Erma will be remembered by her witty, outgoing, and humorous personality. She was also a great cook and had a green thumb when it came to keeping up her gardens. Erma was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend; she will be missed by all. Erma is preceded in death by her late husband, Charles Jobe Sr.; mother, Wilma Ramsey; brother, Bob Davis; and grandson, Ryan Scott Jobe.

Erma "Rhoda"  is survived by her fiancé of 20 years, Bill Rieger; sons, Charles Jobe Jr. and Jonathon Jobe (Jennifer); daughter, Dana Middleton (Nathan); brothers, Wesley “Buster” Davis and Toby Davis; sisters, Shirley Jones, Tammy Cook, and Brenda Baker; grandchildren, Christopher Jobe, Kyle Jobe, Patrick Jobe, Keelinn Johnson, and Willow Grace Jobe. Erma also leaves behind many other family, friends, and fur babies.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Emerson Funeral Home, 1629 E. Nettleton Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 with Diana K. Rush officiating. Burial will be private.

The visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 10:00 a.m.
