Elsalene Kennamer

Mrs. Elsalene Kennamer, 84, of Bay, died Monday morning at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bay Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick & Lizzie Edwards, three brothers, and six sisters.

Mrs. Kennamer is survived by her three daughters, Nema Wileman and her husband Tommy of Bay; Margaret Timmons and her husband Billy of Bay; Carolyn Lyons and her husband Pat of Memphis; six grandchildren, Marty Timmons, Steve Wileman, Leslie Barnes, Clay Woods, Michelle Woods, Isabella Lyons; six great grandchildren, Bridgett Barnes, Morgan Barnes, Dustin Timmons, Lindsey Ashlock, Chelsey Wileman, and Patrick Woods.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Pine Log Cemetery, near Brookland, with Bro. Charles Hensley officiating, Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

There will be no visitation.

For lasting memorials, the family asks that consideration be given to the Bay Assembly of God Church.
