Elouise Anderson Albright, 84, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, December 12, 2013 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She had lived in Jonesboro for 4 years, moving here from Harrisburg. Elouise was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jonesboro. Having been a minister’s wife for many years, she was very active and covered many roles in the churches her husband pastored. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Gail Anderson; her parents and one sister, Gracie Tate Bernardo.
Survivors include her daughter, Janis Gail Hill (Steve) of Jonesboro; brothers, J. B. Tate of Black Rock; sisters, Emma Lou Smith of Cahokia, Illinois; Gwendolyn Strange of Clear Lake, California; two granddaughters, Jessica Gail Hill and Courtney Dianna Hill and one great grandchild, Violet Lux Callantine.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM. Friday, December 13, 2013 in Swifton Cemetery at Swifton, Arkansas with Reverend Nancy Rainwater officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no public visitation.
