Ellen Janice Keller Griffin was the only child born to Clyde and Opal (Gibson) Keller, born on January 21, 1930. She died August 13, 2026, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. Janice was born in the Jonesboro area to a farming family and she continued in the family farming business. She loved flowers, gardening, preserving vegetables from her garden, and cooking. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Phebean Sunday School class.

Janice enjoyed playing bridge and had been a member of several bridge clubs and the Needle Point Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 66 years, Dores Griffin.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Coleman and her husband Rick, her granddaughter Amanda Wesson and her husband Jarod; her great granddaughter Emery Keller Wesson; special friends and caregivers, Geraldine Wortham and Teresa Ballew.

Honorary pallbearers are employees of St. Bernard's Villa and members of the Phebean Sunday School class.

A graveside service will be held at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9am., officiated by Dr. Rodney Reeves.
