Ellen Lenora Doyle

Ellen “Lenora” Doyle, 87, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born to the late Hosea and Allie Nutt on September 26, 1936 in Bono. Lenora was a current member of Victory Baptist Church. Her life revolved around her relationship with her Lord and her grandchildren, she loved her family so much. In addition to her parents, Lenora is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Doyle; sons, Randy Doyle and Bobby S. Doyle; grandson, Brian Doyle; sister, Juanita Doyle; and brother, Norman Nutt.

Lenora is survived by her sons, Davey Doyle, Danny Doyle, and Keith Doyle all of Jonesboro; daughter, Brenda Harris (Jim) of Jonesboro; brother, Lonnie Blackwell of Walnut Ridge; sisters, Jewell Pennington, Elsie Star, Bunny Corbett, Linda Todd, Glendola Gaines, and Syble Brown; and grandchildren, Michael Doyle, Amanda Pope, Amber Steele, Angela Barnum, and Lindsay Elder. She also leaves behind several great grandchildren, family, and friends to mourn her loss.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Emerson funeral home from 9:30-10:30 with a graveside service to follow at Pine Log Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. The active pallbearers will be Blake Elder, Kevin Pope, Logan Mallard, Preston Sims, Ronnie Foster, and Chris Burton.
