Elizabeth Ann Childress

Elizabeth Ann Childress, 69, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, July 4, 2013 at her home in Jonesboro. She has lived in Jonesboro for seven years, moving here from Marion. Elizabeth love to sew and collect dolls. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son.


Survivors include her daughters, Connie Baggett (Keith) of Jonesboro; Penny Conner of West Wego, Louisiana; son, Shannon Childress (Mandy) of West Memphis; brother, Leeroy Williams Jr. of West Memphis; grandson, Chris Childress (Jamie) of Benton; grandchildren, Michael, Bryan, Patrick, Deanna, Helen Ann, Tommy Wayne, David, James, Kimberly, Gage, Emmett, Bobby and Bradley; and 12 great grandchildren.


Graveside services will be 2:00 Monday, July 8, 2013 at Pine Log Cemetery with Mike Martin officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be from 10-12 on Monday at Emerson Funeral Home.
