Eleanor Dowdy

Eleanor Dowdy, 86, of Jonesboro died March 29, 2006 in her home. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and attended the local Kingdom Hall in Jonesboro for the past 45 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. M. Dowdy.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gay and Steve Kolb.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 1, 2006 at the Jonesboro Kingdom Hall, South Stadium Blvd. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
