Elaine Langley Waldrip

Elaine Langley Waldrip, 73, of Jonesboro passed from this life Thursday, January 30, 2020 at her home. She was born to the late Shannon and Rosenell Langley in Blytheville on April 9, 1946.
Elaine lived the majority of her life residing in Jonesboro and was of the Christian belief. She was an avid animal lover and volunteered with the Salvation Army. Elaine was such a generous person and enjoyed helping others.
In addition to her parents, Shannon and Rosenell Langley, Elaine is preceded in death by her husband Bill Waldrip.
Elaine is survived by her daughter, Carla Waldrip of Baton Rouge, LA; two brothers, Shannon Jr. (Maryanna) Langley of Flint, MI and Jimmy (Lola) Langley of Jonesboro, AR; and sister, Dorothy (Doc) Perkins of Paragould, AR.

A visitation will be from 1-2pm Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Emerson Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 2pm Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Emerson Funeral Home with Dale Blackwell officiating.

Burial will be private.
