Eddie Arnold

Eddie Arnold, 55, of Jonesboro died Thursday, June 14, 2012 at NEA Baptist Hospital. He had lived in Jonesboro since 2008, moving here from Biggers, Arkansas. Eddie was of the Christian belief and loved his Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Donzella Arnold, of the home; son Brandon Johnson of Jonesboro; daughters, Valyria Lewis and husband Ebony of Collierville, Tennessee; Tamika Thomas and husband Freddie of Jonesboro; brother, Booker Arnold of Little Rock; sisters, Velma Fingers of Palastine, Arkansas; Flora Jean Redmond of Tacoma, Washington; and Cavanda Arnold of Heth, Arkansas three half-brothers, two half-sisters; and 8 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 23, 2012 Emerson Memorial Chapel with Valyria Lewis serving as eulogist. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Honorary pallbearers are Booker Arnold, Brandon Johnson, Ebony Lewis, Freddie Thomas, Bruce Davis and Orin Means. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time at Emerson Memorial Chapel.
