Earl "Bud" Warren

Earl “Bud” Warren, 77, of Bay, went to be with Our Lord and Savior Sunday, August 16, 2009 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born on August 29, 1931. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vilous & Maebelle Warren and one brother, Eugene Warren. Mr. Warren was retired from Reliable Insurance after 30 years. He then retired from Bay Public Schools after 12 years.

He leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Anna Leola Warren; sons, Michael Warren of Bay, Ricky Warren and wife Karen of Bay, Wallace Warren and wife Judy of Marion, and one daughter, Vickie Davison of Bay; 6 grandchildren, Jessica Warren, Justin Warren, Christi Pettit and husband Roger, Shannon Davison and wife Kim, April Patsey, and Casie Davison; 7 great grandchildren, Ashlyn Warren, Brooke Warren, Chase Pettit, Briana Davison, Zoe Davison, Hannah Conners, and Kadence Williams; 2 sisters, Earlene Lamberson and Aliceteen Morrison, both of Bay; and a sister-in-law, Bernita Warren of Jonesboro.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Bay United Methodist Church with Sharon Bourgeois and Angie Gage officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers will be Shannon Davison, Justin Warren, Willford McMasters, Frank Nichols, Gary Turman, and Stanley Gulley.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Randall Spurlock Class and the Sue McMasters Class.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Bay United Methodist Church.
