Dwight Edward Starks

July 27, 1999 — March 10, 2024

Dwight Edward Starks, also known as "Big Ole Bo","Kylon", and affectionately called "Edward" by his grandmother, Mamie Lee Holmes, was born on July 27,1999, in Helena, AR to Stephanie Holmes and Dwight Starks Sr. Bo began his education in Robinsonville Elementary, later moving to Jonesboro and graduating from Jonesboro High School. In 2007, Stephanie married Alfonzo Maddox in holy matrimony and they bonded 8 children together. Bo was employed at numerous jobs but his last job with The Truth Consulting and Logistics LLC and Yzer LLC, Bo really bossed up and enjoyed being "the fastest on the dock" and delivery to the clients on the route.

Wherever Bo went, Bo had to get those "good eats" no matter what. Bo was a hard worker and cherished his coworkers. Bo's motto for work was "If you stay ready, you ain't got to get ready!" Bo loved traveling, dining and hanging out with his friends and family when he was off. Big Ole Bo was so full of life and could light up the room everywhere he went with laughter and could hype any party. You could not catch Bo without his rings, his diamond necklace, a fresh fit, and some cologne to out smell his "Pops", Alfonzo.

On Sunday March 10, 2024, he transitioned from this life to his eternal home to be with The Lord. Bo leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Stephanie Holmes, Fathers: Alfonzo Maddox and Dwight Starks Sr.; ten sisters: Alandria Maddox of Jonesboro, AR; Helah Payne of Austin, TX; Antonia McGregory of Southaven, MS; Skyland Johnson of Southaven, MS; Angel Clark of Cleveland, MS; Alfondra Maddox of Memphis, TN; Jakirah Starks of Robinsonville, MS, TreShawna Starks and JaShuana Starks of Clarksdale, MS and Jania Haynes of West Helena, Ark.; and two brothers: Treyvis Lott of Lincoln, Nebraska and Edward Mosley of Clarksdale, MS. Bo had a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
