Dulene Clements Wells, 91, of Imboden passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice house. She was born July 12, 1928 in Smithville to the late Henry Otto and Emma Dixon. Dulene was of the Baptist belief. Nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time on the farm with her horses and cows.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two husbands, Robert Earl Clements Sr., James I. Wells; two sons, Earl Clements Jr., Don Clements and three brothers, Devon Dixon, Gene Dixon, and W. M. Dixon.
Survivors include her brother, Brice Dixon; two daughter-in-laws, Nina Clements, Annette Clements; five grandchildren: Crystal (Jim) Wells, Heath (Laura) Clements, Devon (Justin) Scott, Carie (Timothy) Wells, Casie (Robert) Hagans; ten great-grandchildren: Dylan (Eunita) Wells, Kanyn Scott, Breana Wells, Carsen Wells, Connor Clements, Kason Scott, Kinley Wells, Olivia Clements, Hadley Hagans, Abbie Hagans and one great-great-granddaughter, Dylanie Wells.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Annieville with Bro. Jerry Clements officiating. Burial will follow at Bratcher Cemetery in Smithville.
Visitation will be from 11:30-1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
