Dorothy Elaine Wiggins

Dorothy Elaine Wiggins, 85, of Walnut Ridge, died Thursday March 22, 2007 at St. Bernards Medical Center.

She was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and lived in Walnut Ridge for four years, moving there from Memphis, Tennessee. She was a retired employee of the Tuscaloosa News in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and of the Baptist belief.

She was preceded in death by her parents James M Wiggins Sr. and Ida Pearson Wiggins, five sisters and one brother.

Survivors include One brother James M. Wiggins Jr. of Jonesboro.
One sister, Sara Adams of Memphis, Tennessee.

Nephews: Dr. Wayne Campbell of Pensacola, Florida., and Mack Scott of Ashboro, North Carolina.

Nieces: Jan Ragland, Cindy Paul and Tricia Watts all of Jonesboro. Sally Askew of Memphis, Tennessee. Marcia Lehman of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Mary Jane Foley of Harrisonburg, Virginia. Susan Frankenburg, of Hillsborough, North Carolina, and several great nieces and nephews.

Private Memorial service will be held at a later date in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.
