Dorothy Lang Sullins

Dorothy Lang Sullins, 52, of Jonesboro died Sunday, September 14, 2014, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She had lived in the Jonesboro area moving here from Florida. Dorothy was of the Baptist belief. Dorothy loved her grandkids and yard sells. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Joe Sullins Sr., of the home; sons, Jason Sullins (Juanita) of Jonesboro; Joe Sullins II (fiancé Caitlin) of Brookland; daughters, Joyce Moore (David) of Jonesboro; Jessica Rodriguez (fiancé Shane) of Brookland; mother, Margaret Inez Lang; six brothers, five sisters and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery with Joe Sullins II, Jason Sullins, Michael Moore, David Moore, Shane Copeland and Jackie Sharp serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 9-10 the morning of the service.
