Dorothy Patricia Hand

Dorothy Patricia Hand, 78, of Hoxie passed from this life Saturday October 17 ,2020 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born April 18, 1942 in Little Rock to the late Ross N. McQueen Sr and Shirley Lee Davis McQueen.

Dorothy has lived in Northeast Arkansas for the last 48 years and was of the Baptist belief. She enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing and looking for arrowheads.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by two sisters, Nora Cummins and Barbara Steen both of Pocahontas and two brothers, Ross N. McQueen Jr and Joseph D. McQueen of Stokes.

She is survived by her sons Michael D. Hand of Walnut Ridge, John W. Martin Jr. (Tammie) of Biggers and William “Lee” Hand (Lois) of Hoxie as well as 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
