Doris Louise Colbert

Doris Louise Colbert, 84, of Lake City, died Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She had lived most of her life in Northeast Arkansas. She loved working in her yard and in her flower garden. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her nephews, Ken Johnson (Lorrie); Mike Johnson (Rhonda) Gary Henson (Olga); niece, Gail Halfhill and a host of friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be 2:30 PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Eulogist Ken Johnson. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 1:30 until service time on Wednesday.
