Doris A. Johnston

Doris A. Johnston, 61, of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, died Thursday, May 06, 2010 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. She had lived in Hickory Ridge since 1989, moving there from Newport, Arkansas. Doris enjoyed gardening and was preceded in death by her son, Michael; one brother, Ernie; and her parents.

Survivors include sons, Johnnie Johnston, and Murray Blake Johnston, Hickory Ridge; daughter, Phillis Nunemaker, and husband Danny Jake, Newport; brothers, Ray Graves, North Little Rock, Arkansas; Kenny Graves, Jonesboro; Eddie Graves, Hot Springs, Arkansas; Gene Graves, Little Rock, Arkansas; sisters, Donna Williams, Sioux City, Iowa; Hilda Wolfe, Hickory Ridge, Arkansas; Linda Pierce, Tupelo, Mississippi; one granddaughter, Dora Janee Nunemaker and one great grandson, Stephen Elijah. All services will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
