He lived a godly example for his family and was committed to reading his Bible and praying faithfully every morning. Donnie enjoyed fishing, baseball games, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. He also enjoyed the music of Merle Haggard, Elvis Presley and his grandson Justin. Donnie was known by friends and family as a pretty good storyteller, but most of all he loved his family.
