Donna Ann Veal

Donna Ann Veal, 61, of Jonesboro passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born February 1, 1963 in Jonesboro to the late Melvin Clairday and Emelean Fortson. Donna enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. Most of all she loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Veal; brother, Jessie Clairday; 2 granddaughters, Hailey Nikole Cox and Mercedes Larkins.

Survivors include her 3 sons, Steven Cox of Jonesboro, T.J. Miller of Jonesboro, Cody Cox of Jonesboro; 2 daughters, Chrystal Cox of Jonesboro, Brittny Cox of Jonesboro; brother, Terry Carr of Jonesboro; sister, Connie Hensley of Trumann; 10 grandchildren: Austin Coburn, Quenton Miller, Alli Cox, Steven Mark Cox Jr., Ryker Steven Lee Rice, Kenlee Rice, Grace Jones, Aubree Cox, Brennan Cox and Chloe Cox and 2 great grandchildren: Ryland Coburn, Baylor Coburn, all of Jonesboro.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10:00-12:00 p.m. at Emerson Funeral Home.
