Dennis Todd Barnes

Dennis Todd Barnes, 59, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, died Monday morning at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born in Jonesboro, Mr. Barnes lived in Bay, Arkansas, Mississippi, Florida and Virginia before moving to Jonesboro 3 years ago. He was a carpenter and a member of Brotherhood of Catfishermen. He was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Barnes.

Survivors include:

His Wife: Paulette Barnhill Barnes of the home;

His Mother: Dortha Barnes of Jonesboro;

2 Daughters: Kathy Walker of Jonesboro, and Susan Drowns of Fort Smith;

1 Brother: Charles Barnes of Coleman Falls, Virginia; and

1 Granddaughter: Michelle Walker of Jonesboro.

A memorial service will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro.

Honorary pallbearers include Brian Brake, Charles Barnes, and members of the Brotherhood of Catfishermen.
