Debbie Turpin

Debbie Turpin, 58, of Trumann, Arkansas, left us on March 16, 2025, likely with a sarcastic remark and a knowing smirk. A master storyteller, thrift-shopping champion, and world-class Meme, she never met a stranger and always knew the best deals and the best gossip.

Debbie had a heart as big as her personality, always ready to lend a hand, a listening ear, or a well-placed reality check. She loved music, visiting with friends, and spoiling her grandkids rotten. If laughter and sass were currency, she would’ve been the richest woman in town.

She leaves behind 2 daughters, Rachael (Corey) and Lauren (Brandon), fiancé Jerry, who showed her so much love and life over the last few years, 7 of the most beautiful and talented grandkids, friends who will forever miss her wit, and a world a little less fun without her.

She was welcomed at the pearly gates by her dad, Harvey, her beloved grandma Sophia, and her husband of 27 years, Michael.

A celebration of her life will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at First General Baptist Church in Trumann.
