Dawn Michelle "Shelley" Jeffers

Dawn Michelle “Shelley” Jeffers, 39, of Trumann, died Friday at the Trumann Healthcare Center.

Born in Bakersfield, California, Shelley moved to Trumann in 1993. She worked at Wal-Mart in Trumann and enjoyed collecting movies and dolls. She had two special puppy friends, Nikki and Micah.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Jeffers of the home;

Her father and mother, Don, Sr. and Brenda Kay Anderson Hill of Trumann;

1 brother and his fiancé, Donald Ray Hill, Jr. and Amanda Dawn Harrison of Trumann; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Gary Barker officiating. Burial will follow in Herman Cemetery.

Active pallbearers include Archie Cooper, Donald Hill, Jr., Phillip Stout, Dave Kelly, Todd Miller, Larry Burdette. Greg McAnally will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 12 noon until service time in Emerson Memorial Chapel.
