David Gentry Wooten

David Wooten, 52, of Grady, formerly of Jonesboro, died November 14, 2012 in Dumas. He enjoyed hunting and motorcycles. David was a good person who enjoyed living life on the edge.

He is survived by his sons, Jason Wooten, Jonesboro, Bobby Joe Wooten, Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Alyssa Brea Wooten, Haley Arianna Wooten; his mother, Marcelene Wisby; sister, Vicki MacDonald, both of Wichita, Kansas; his brother, Russell (Celisa) Wooten, Jonesboro; and a half-brother, Robert Wisby, Wichita, Kansas.

David was preceded in death by his father, William G. Wooten; a sister, Kathy Bittle; and his step-mother, Nellroy Wooten.

Graveside services will be Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Old Enterprise Cemetery with Wayne Bittle officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers will include Jason Wooten, Russell Wooten, Bruce Addison, Lyndy Cavender, Robert Wisby, David Cook, and Donald Cook.

Visitation will be Saturday 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
