David Wayne Gargaro, Sr.

David Wayne Gargaro, Sr., 59, of Bono died Monday evening at NEA Medical Center. He had lived in the Bono area most of his life and was a Catholic.

Mr. Gargaro was the owner of Mr. Fix-It and was a master electrician. He was a member of the Local 1516 IBEW. He liked to tinker with woodworking and loved being a grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Wayne & Betty Jane Wilson Gargaro.

Mr. Gargaro is survived by his wife Diann of the home; his son, David Gargaro, Jr. and his wife Candy of Bono; his daughter Michelle Wilcox and her husband Lance, also of Bono. He also leaves his 2 grandchildren, Kelsi and Davanna Gargaro.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 3:30 P.M. at Old Enterprise Cemetery with Brother Butch Parks officiating, Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers will be Paul Gambill, Brian House, Lynn Puckett, Anthony Smith, Rodney Primm, and Andy Puckett.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bryce Burdyshaw and Steve House.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:30 – 2:30 P.M. at the funeral home.

For lasting memorials, the family asks that consideration be given to Old Enterprise Church.
