David Reed

David Reed, 57, of Jonesboro died Sunday, July 27, 2014 at St. Bernards Medical Center. David was born in Jonesboro to the late Ray and Geneva Reed. He loved music and enjoyed playing guitar.

In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by one brother, and 2 sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Bonita Reed of the home. 5 Daughters: Stacey (Lonn) Howarter of Bushnell, Illinois, Pamela (Lane) Dix of Tennessee, Beverly (Dal) Hogan of Bay, Anita (Michael) Chapman of Bono, and Cassie (Jay) Emerson of Jonesboro; 2 Brothers; one sister; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 2:00 pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Brother Derrick Followell officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday at Emerson from 5:00-7:00 pm.
