David Massey

David Massey, 63, a lifetime resident of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born on February 26, 1962, to Elwood and Carolyn Massey.  He worked for Hytrol Conveyor Company for 28 years, with 25 years being the chief pilot.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends, especially at the cabin.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Buster Massey.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Tabatha Massey, of the home; one son, Phillip Massey and one sister Cathy Heckmann both of Jonesboro.
