David Kriner

David Kriner, 76 of Jonesboro, passed from this life Friday, November 19, 2021 at Arkansas Continued Care.  David was born in Binghamton, New York September 27, 1945 to the late Daniel and Wilma Reed Kriner.  He worked for the U.S. Postal Service after retiring from the U.S. Air Force. David had lived in Jonesboro since 1985. He loved to critique the obituaries in The Jonesboro Sun and fuss about the letters to the editor. He enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles.  David also enjoyed NFL Football and his favorite team was the Indianapolis Colts.  He loved to travel when able.  David also enjoyed hassling his son-in-law John about his cooking.  David is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, two half-brothers, a half-sister, a stepson and his beloved wife of 17 years, Janet.

Survivors include daughters, Christie (John) Ollis of Jonesboro, Kimberly Kriner of Paragould and step- daughter Jeri (Matt) Seabaugh of Ohio; brothers, Dan (Sharon) Kriner and half-brother Fred (Tonya) Aiken of New York; half- sisters, Linda (Harold) Robinson of New York, Pam Naples of North Carolina, Denise (Darrell) Simmons of California; 5 grandchildren, Skylar, Savannah, Annelise, Spencer and Esmarie; 2 great grandchildren, Dakota and Serenity.

There will be a memorial service at a later date to be announced.
