David Johanson, 46, of Jonesboro, died Wednesday morning at his home.
Born in Borger, Texas, David lived in Springdale before moving to Jonesboro in 1969. He was a brick mason, a member of Central Baptist Church and the Jonesboro Civitan Club.

His Mother: Carolyn Flemon of the home;
Father and Stepmother: Jon D. and Bobbie Johanson of Brandon, Mississippi;
Maternal Grandmother: Alice Pratt of Borger, Texas;
Daughter: Jennifer Johanson of Enid, Oklahoma;
Sister: Sheryl Cato of Mountain Home;
3 Brothers: Steve Johanson of Fayetteville, and
Mike Johanson and his wife Jonna, and
Joseph Johanson, all of Jonesboro;
2 Nieces: Haven Johanson of Jonesboro, and
Bailey Cato of Mountain Home;
2 Nephews: Chase Johanson of Kennett, and
Ben Cato of Mountain Home.
A memorial service will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 at Nettleton Baptist Church.
Burial will be private. Visitation will follow the memorial service at the church.
Honorary pallbearers include W.W. Trent, Dave Trent, Mark Griffith, Mark Johansen,
Paul Davison, Chad Sisson and Robin Beavers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given to Jonesboro Civitan,
POB 19144, Jonesboro, AR 72404.
