David Glen May

David Glen May, 75, of Caraway, died Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center. He had lived in Caraway for about three years, moving there from Jonesboro. He was born in Wilson, Arkansas to Jim David May and Vivian Freeman May on July 31, 1950. He loved to spend time fishing and being involved with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alma Jean and two sisters, Pat and Tina.

Survivors include his sons, David May and wife Sandy; Tommy Crowder and wife, Jody; Daughters, Glenda Copeland, all of Jonesboro; Angela Goforth and husband Gerald of Bay; brothers, Billy May of Kentucky; Jimmy May of California; sisters, Bobbie Joe and Vickie; ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 30, 2026, at Emerson Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery with his grandsons serving as pallbearers. The visitation will be from 1:00 until service time.
