David Preston Brown, 60, of Swifton, passed from this life on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. He was born on September 15, 1965, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Claude and Alene Brown.David enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years and appreciated the time he spent outdoors.He is survived by his son, Drew Brown of Paragould; his daughter, Nicole Scott (Stephen) of Brookland; his sisters, Linda Gist of Little Rock and Claudette Hackworth of Pocahontas; and his granddaughter, Alexis Scott.A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 1 pm at Swifton Cemetery.
