Danny Morries

Danny Morries, 66 of Paragould, passed from this life Monday, October 21, 2019 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.  He was born May 9,1953 in Manila to Jack and Inez Williams Morries.  Danny was a self employed master electrician and contractor and was a member of Central Baptist Church.

He was a Christian man who enjoyed spending time with his family.  He loved every moment he spent with his grandchildren. They were very special to him.  He loved working on his farm and working with his hands.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Terry of the home; sons, Kip (Abbie) Morries of Brookland and Nathan (Kelsey) of Jonesboro; daughter, Whitney (Kris) Seyler of Jonesboro; brothers, Tommy Morries of Manila and Johnny Morries of Hot Springs; sister, Patsy Morries of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Allie Snapp, Tyson Seyler, Eli Morries,  Lynley Seyler and Kylie Morries.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 1:30-3:00 Pm at Emerson Memorial Chapel.  Service will start at 3:00 Pm with Johnny Travis and Archie Mason speaking.  Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jr Wise, Dennis Sammons, Bob Rains, Brad Scott, Michael Matthews and Jake Rice.
