Danny Ray Gott

Danny Ray Gott, 67, a lifelong resident of Jonesboro passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born April 22, 1947 to Ralph and Pauline Gott. Dan worked many years as a paper carrier for the Sun and the Arkansas Democrat and he worked hard to please his customers. Dan enjoyed making people laugh and entertained the doctors, nurses and CNAs that cared for him over the last 3 months of his life. He was very thoughtful and went out of his way to help others in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Maria Denise Sullivan and sister in law; Ramona Hodges.

He is survived by his wife Michele Charmaine (Micki) Gott, of the home. 1 Daughter; Jenny Lee Spinks and her husband, Joey Clark Spinks, 2 granddaughters; Bella Maria Spinks and Georgia Jane Spinks, 2 brothers; Michael Gott and wife Karen, Terry Gott and wife Lori and their families.

Visitation will be held at Emerson Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 pm on Monday.
