Danny Rudell (Rudy) Bivens, 78 of Jonesboro passed from this life Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Craighead Nursing Center. He was born in Paris, TN on December 6, 1941 to Rudolph and Eunice Parrish Bivens. Danny was a veteran of the US Army. He enjoyed taking walks, being with family, and talking about the bible. He was one of Jehovah’s Witness. Danny is preceded in death by his son, Alan and brother, Donald and Nona’s son Chuck.
Survivors include his wife, Nona of the home; son, Kenny Bivens (Jessie), daughter, Brenda Bivens, brother, Willis Bivens and grandchildren Tyler Bivens, Kalia Bivens and Chaten Bivens all of TN; Nona’s children, Daniel Woodard, Lisa Hancock (Adrian), grandchildren Tyler Hancock of Jonesboro, Tara Woodard, Samantha Woodard and Tyler Thys (Woodard) of California.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall, Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall, 5618 Summer Pl. Jonesboro, AR. 72404
