Dakota Charles Millsap

Dakota Charles Millsap, 27, died unexpectantly on August 4, 2022, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born
in Tyler, Texas on July 16, 1995.
Dakota graduated from Cassata High School, Class of 2014. Following graduation, he attended Grayson
College where he studied Welding. He enjoyed his job traveling the country as a Stage Technician for
Crew One Productions, Inc.
Dakota enjoyed many hobbies including fishing, woodworking, hiking and exploring. Dakota had a heart
for others as was evidenced by the many volunteer opportunities that he participated in. Dakota never
met a stranger and will be remembered by his infectious smile.
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Michelle Millsap. Surviving in addition to his parents, are his
brother, Brandon Colston; niece, Addyson Colston; grandparents, Doug and Carole Millsap and Dannie
and Sue Skipper; aunts, Pat Kinnett, Susan Pratt, and Melissa Przygoda; and many cousins.
He was also survived by his birth mother, Sharina Bishop Stephens and seven half-brothers and half-
sisters.
