Cynthia Hendrix

Cynthia Hendrix 64, of Jonesboro, entered into a well-deserved eternity of beatitude and rest following a brief illness. She was beloved and respected by family, friends, colleagues and students who were enriched by her near three decades of service as a teacher for Nettleton Public Schools. She was also a passionate dance instructor, working for The Foundation of Arts and founding her own dance company, which served by awarding scholarships to introduce less fortunate students to the arts.

She is survived by her sister, Judith Bennett, and brother, Harrison Bennett, Both of Jonesboro.

She will be remembered privately. No public memorial is anticipated. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the ASPCA or an animal charity of your choice.
