Curtis James Bartlett, 48, of Jonesboro, died Sunday, February 6, 2011, at St. Bernards Medical Center.
Born in Rochester, New York, Curtis lived in Hilton, New York before moving to Jonesboro in 1975. He was a Production Technician for Alberto-Culver in Jonesboro and a U.S. Army veteran.
Curtis was a member of the former Woodsprings Church of the Nazarene and an avid Oakland Raiders Football fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Curtis and Arlene Jane Gardner Bartlett, and by infant twin brothers.
Survivors include his brother, Cory Bartlett of the home;
2 sisters and their husbands, Rhonda (Mrs. Marty) Manzi of Wimberlery, Texas, and Jackie (Mrs. Robin) Youngman of Jonesboro; and
6 nephews and nieces: Rick Clark, Mallory and Chase Youngman, Jordan and Haley Bartlett and Nicholas Manzi.
A visitation will be held Saturday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 at Emerson Funeral Home.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
For lasting memorials, the family asks that consideration be given to the American Heart Association.
