Crystal Louise Cook

Crystal Louise Cook, 32, of Jonesboro died Tuesday March 12, at St Bernard’s Medical Center. She was born and had lived most of her life in Jonesboro. She was of the Pentecostal belief. Crystal loved sunflowers and daisies.
She was preceded in death by her father, Patrick Cook, paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Carolyn Cook and one God son, Tristian Bradway.
Survived by her stepfather and mother; Charlie and Alice Smallmon of Jonesboro.
Sister; Shianne Cook of Jonesboro.
God parents, Phillip and Tina Nickerson
God sons; Jesse and Conner Bradway both of Jonesboro.
God daughter; Abby Juras
Maternal grandparents, Tom and Hazel Johnson.
God brother; P.J. Nickerson.
God sisters; Michelle Harbin and Lisa Nickerson of Jonesboro.
Several aunts and uncles which includes Mike and Darcy Johnson, Sandy Wooten, Donnie Cook, David and Andrea Cook, Vicki Gibson, Dean Gibson and Teresa Wilson

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday March 16, at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Revs. Larry Bogard and Chris Scercy officiating. Burial will be at Gibson Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
Active pallbearers will be Chris Johnson, Cody Scercy, Jerry Bradway, Jason Wooten, David Cook and Donnie Cook. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Johnson and Phillip Nickerson, Sr.
Visitation will be from 5-7:00 P.M. Friday March 15, at Emerson Funeral Home.
