Coy Franklin Robison

Coy Franklin Robison, 69, Lewisville, Texas died April 11, 2012 at the Medical Center of Lewisville. He was born December 5, 1942 in Trumann but had spent most of his life in Lewisville. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Nettleton High School. He loved fishing, spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and having coffee with his friends. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart.

Coy is survived by his children, Lori Ann Jackson and her husband Neal, Marion, Christy Sheree Davidson, Jonesboro, Heather Michelle Dirks and her husband Peter, Lake Dallas, Texas, Coy Matthew Robison and his wife Tiffany, Lewisville, Texas, Geoffrey Scott Robison and his wife Amanda, Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Amber Biggers and her husband Brian, Southaven, Mississippi, Aaron Smith, and his wife Mallory, Jonesboro, Hilary Davidson, Jonesboro, Autumn Little and her husband Dustin, Arkadelphia, Mallory Davidson, Jonesboro, Emma Dirks, Nolan Dirks, both of Lake Dallas, Texas, Isabella Robison, Lewisville, Texas, and a grandchild to arrive in August; great grandchildren, Blakely Biggers, Southaven, Mississippi, Chase Little, Arkadelphia; and his sisters, Goldia Lee and Martha Higgins both of Jonesboro.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Coy M. & Dawn Burrow Robison.

Funeral services will be Sunday, April, 15, 2012 at 5:00 pm at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Harold Ray officiating. Burial will be private. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday 4:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
