Corrine Freeman Lentz

August 29, 1914 — February 23, 2010

JONESBORO – Corrine Lentz, 90, died Tuesday, February 23, at Craighead Nursing Center.

Corrine Freeman Lentz was born in Mountain View, Missouri and lived in Jonesboro since 1939. In addition to being a dedicated homemaker, she worked as a bookkeeper in Jonesboro. She and her late husband, Melvin Lentz, later owned and managed a Western Auto store in Harrisburg before retiring in Jonesboro.

Survivors include two sons, Alan Lentz of Atlanta, Georgia and Louis Lentz of Cincinnati, Ohio, and two grandchildren, Alexandra and Matthew Lentz of Atlanta, Georgia.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
