Cliff Webster, 88, of Walnut Ridge died Sunday, July 10, 2016 at his home after a long battle with cancer. Cliff lived in Walnut Ridge the last 8 years coming from Cash. He was born November, 12, 1927 in Connals Point to the late Jones and Grace Webster. Cliff farmed his entire life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a professional duck caller. Cliff loved the outdoors.
In addition to his parents, Clifton was preceded in death by 1 son, Larry Webster, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Myrline Webster of the home; 5 daughters: Rebecca (Webster) Guerra of Hockley, Texas, Linda (Webster) Bohannan of Walnut Ridge, Dallas (Eric) Dodd of Walnut Ridge, Sheila (James) Cable of Baltimore, Ohio, Loriann Cassidy of Baltimore, Ohio; 7 sons: Galen Webster of Houston, Texas, Bradley (Wendy) Webster of Magnolia, Texas, Barry Webster of Shepherd, Texas, Earl Webster of Cash, Robert (Donna) Webster of Cash, Houston McLaughlin of Alicia, Austin McLaughlin of Hoxie; 1 brother, Jessie Dunlap of Helena; 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 11:30 am in Johnson Cemetery with Rev. Rebecca LaPiro officiating and active pallbearers being Galen Webster, Bradley Webster, Robert Webster, B.J. Myers, Mark Opperman and David Henson.
Honorary pallbearers include Charles (Big C) Ellis, James (Cholo) Bryant, Anthony Scott, Christopher Scott and Eric Dodd.
Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 am prior to the service in Emerson Memorial Chapel.
