Clarence W. Fry

Mr. Clarence W. Fry of Saffell, Arkansas, formerly Brookland, departed this life on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the age of 86 with his family by his side. He was born October 18, 1935, in Black Oak, AR to the late Lawrence and Flora Mae Fry.

Clarence was an employee of Crane Company in Jonesboro for many years and was a farmer until his retirement. He also served in the National Guard. In his younger days he would always be playing pool. Clarence majority of the time could be found out in his shop tinkering with cars, tractors, or just anything mechanical. He always enjoyed gardening, playing guitar, and most of all spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his parents Clarence is preceded in death by; two brothers, William Fry, Gordon Fry; his first wife, Barbara Fry; and one daughter, Tammy Annette Fry.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years Mrs. Sharon Walker Fry; one daughter, Jelena (Mark) Veteto of Jonesboro; two grandchildren, Ashley (Chad) Tacito of Tampa, Florida, Brent Morgan, Fayetteville; one great-grand daughter, Addison Tacito, and one special great- granddaughter on the way.

Active Pallbearers will include Brent Morgan, Dennis Walker, Clint Walker, and Terry Grimes.

Friends may visit at Emerson Memorial Chapel, Monday, December 6, 2021, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m.
