Cindy Ann Turney

Cindy Ann Turney, 44 of Jonesboro, passed from this life Sunday, September 6, 2020 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.  She was born October 16, 1975 to Sam and Debbie Taylor Miesner in Jonesboro.  She was an administrator for Pathfinders and a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Bay.  Cindy loved the country, enjoyed singing and playing the guitar.  She rode horses and enjoyed her 2015 Dodge Challenger.  Cindy is preceded in death by a daughter, Lexie Climer; mother, Debbie Taylor; paternal grandparents, Vic Miesner and Ethel Miesner; maternal grandmother, Ruth Taylor.

Survivors include husband, Lomer Turney, Jr; father, Sam Miesner, daughter, Caragan (Blake) Woods and several aunts and uncles; sister and brother in-law, Pam (Kevin) Russell; father in-law and mother in-law, Lomer Turney Sr and Marjorie Turney; sister, Julie Jones of Cord, Arkansas.

Visitation will be from 1-2 PM Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Emerson Memorial Chapel.  Service will start at 2 PM with Rick Jensen officiating.  Burial will be private.

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, a facemask must be worn while in the chapel.
