Cindy (Mote) Gage

Cindy Mote Gage, 69, of Jonesboro passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born February 23, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James and Ethel King. Cindy was a member of Providence Baptist Church. She worked as an OB/GYN nurse for over 30 years. Cindy worked for St. Bernard’s in Jonesboro and Port Huron Hospital in Port Huron Michigan for most of her career. She enjoyed crafts and was an avid dog lover.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, James E. King Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Deana Fletcher; sister, Cathy King; granddaughter, Brianna (Shawn) Harris; 1 great granddaughter, Lydia Harris; 2 nephews, Chris Lee, Jeff King and her loving dog, Petra.

Graveside service will be Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Log Cemetery with Rev. David Mote Jr. officiating.
