Christine Macdonald

Christine MacDonald, 95, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She had lived in Jonesboro since she was three years old. Christine was a member of the Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, D.E. MacDonald; brothers, Tom Womack, Forrest Womack, and Elmer Womack; sisters, Edith Chambers, Willie Belle Harris, and Kirby Bright.

Survivors include her son, David MacDonald (Janna) of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Scot MacDonald (Hunter); Meredith Edwards (John); Brandon MacDonald and 4 great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:30 P.M., Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Oaklawn Cemetery with Mike Martin officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be from 12:30 – 2:00 on Saturday at Emerson Funeral Home.
