Cheryl M. Billingsley

Cheryl M. Billingsley, 42, of Jonesboro, died Friday, January 5, 2024, at NEA Baptist Hospital.  She had lived in Jonesboro for two years, moving here from California.  She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on October 21, 1981, to Joseph and Joan Ravaitch. Being an individual who was hearing impaired, she worked with deaf children.  She also worked for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for many years. Cheryl was an accomplished pianist and her hobby was fishing.  She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband of one year, Mark Billingsley, of the home; mother, Joan Ravitch of San Diego, California; sister, Marnie T. Ravitch (Rosita Lemus) of Bremerton, California; brother, Joseph J. Ravaitch (Danielle); David P. Ravaitch, both of San Diego.
