Charlotte Ann Debruce

Charlotte Ann DeBruce, 71, of Jonesboro Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020,  at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.  She was preceded in death by her parents-Grover and Wanda DeBruce and her brothers Mike DeBruce and Mark DeBruce.  Charlotte is survived by her two children-Dawn Bogue of Jonesboro and Adrian Zawodniak of Houston, her sister Linda Keener of Newnan, Georgia and brother Lane and wife Lucinda DeBruce of Alma, Arkansas.  She was the loving grandmother to four grandchildren: Kyron Bogue, Elizabeth Bogue, Kaylee Gladdish and Hayden Zawodniak,    one great-grandchild Kinsley and numerous nieces and nephews.

Charlotte graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1967 and spent some of her early years in California but Arkansas was always “home.”  She retired from Lincoln Manufacturing  several years ago.  Charlotte was sensitive, creative, happy—the “free spirit” of the family.  She embraced the peace of nature, animals and music.  No one loved holidays and family get-togethers more than Charlotte.  Nothing made her smile brighter than being surrounded by family.  She will be lovingly missed by those that knew her and were fortunate to be part of her life.

The family invites you to join in a casual “Celebration of Life” service to be held from 5 PM to 7 PM on Monday, September 14 ^th , 2020,  at The Silos located at 1743 County Road 380 in Bono, AR.  Social distancing will be observed and masks will be provided for those who don’t have one.
