Charles H. Mcdaniel

Charles Homer McDaniel, 90, of Lake City, Arkansas, died Thursday morning at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Born in Linn, Missouri, Mr. McDaniel lived in St. Louis before moving to Lake City in 1985. He was a farmer and retired with 30 years of service from Ludlow-Saylor Manufacturing in St. Louis. He was a Methodist and was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred McDaniel, in 2002.

Survivors include:

2 Daughters: Shirley Wester of St. Louis, and
Jean Martin of Lake City;

1 Sister: Jessie Spillman of Linn, Missouri;

3 Grandchildren, and

Several Great Grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 at Pine Log Cemetery with Rev. Ron Langston officiating, with Emerson Funeral Home of Lake City in charge of arrangements.

Visitation was held Friday evening at Emerson Funeral Home in Lake City.
