Charles Max Bell, Jr

Charles Max Bell, Jr. 61 of Trumann passed from this life Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.  He was born in Pekin, Illinois on January 19, 1962 and moved to Trumann in 1977.  Charles was of the Baptist faith.  Charles enjoyed going to yard sales.  He always was looking for stereo equipment and he enjoyed listening to music.  He enjoyed playing pool with his buddies and he loved his Trans-Am.  Charles was preceded in death by his father, Charles Max Bell, Sr. and brother, Jerry Bell.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Donna Stallings Bell of the home; daughter, April Maggard of Trumann; son, Shawn Bell (girlfriend Tara) of Trumann; mother, Carrie Bell of Truman; sisters, Barbara Woods of Trumann, Wanda Bell of Trumann and Sharon Farnsworth of Bay; grandchildren, Dakota Maggard, Alyssa Bell, Mackenzie Bell, Darby Story and Sawyer Story.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 5-7 PM at Emerson Memorial Chapel.  Service will be Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 10 AM at Emerson Memorial Chapel with John Dillinger officiating.  Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mark Fagan, Chad Williams, Wayne Mangrum, John Sutton, Zachary Mattix and Brad Johnson.

Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Rouse and Chris Elmore.
