Carroll Henson

Carroll Henson, 86, of Walnut Ridge, AR. Died Tuesday April 4, 2006 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge, AR.

He was born in Bono, AR, and had lived in Bono before moving to Walnut Ridge 6 years ago.
He was a retired Groover for Southern Wood and Box Co. and was of the Baptist belief.
He was preceded in death by his parents Tobe and Mary Jane Henson, 1 son, Michael Wayne Henson, 4 brothers, Ester, Wes, Charlie, and Mace Henson, 1 sister, Martha Minton.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Lucille Henson of the home

1 Son; Larry Henson of Jonesboro

2 Daughter’s, Peggy Webb of Hoxie, AR
Lisa Upton, of Atlanta, GA.

7 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday April 7, 20006 in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Marion Stringer officiating with burial to follow in the Old Enterprise Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro

Active Pallbearers will be Doug Mathis, Lewis Smith, Chuck McDaniel, Dennis Coggins, Michael Staggs, Albert Upton

In lieu of flowers the family requested that memorial be made to the Old Enterprise Cemetery Association Fund in C/O Tommy Cox.
